Sloe gin, beetroot reduction and lemon juice shaken with fresh rosemary.

Maiyango infused peppermint tea brandy muddled with brown sugar and dried apricot served over crushed ice.
Scottish whisky shaken with grenadine, lime juice and sweet vermouth with a layered fig and lemon foam
