New Summer Collection

This week in The Maiyango Kitchens we are at full steam with the launch of our August summer collection of dishes which includes some summer time must haves like local asparagus and strawberries and of course wild british seabass and lobster which have all received the Maiyango treatment!

My favourite is the whole lobster smeared in thai spiced leicestershire butter with truffle and parmesan polenta chips and chargrilled local asparagus.

Also don’t forget our new daytime dining offer with a full range of breakfast, brunch and lunch time classics with a twist. The classic eggs benedict with jalapeno corn bread,oak smoked salmon and herb hollandaise is a great way to start the day!

So come along anytime of the day or night and try our version of summer dining Maiyango style.
