Located in the heart of the city centre, Hotel Maiyango and Maiyango Restaurant are located on the corner of St Nicholas Place and Highcross Street (Diagonally opposite the BBC headquarters) shaded by a collection of large trees and the Maiyango garden.

There are two large car parks very close by; these are the NCP St Nicholas Circle car park, on St Nicholas Circle and The Lanes Pay and Display Car Park, situated off St Nicholas Place.

From the south

Exit the M1 at Junction 21 and join the A5460, heading towards Leicester City Centre. Turn right on to the A47 towards city centre and follow signs for Highcross Rooftop parking. Continue straight onto St Nicholas Circle (NCP Car Park entrance off St Nicholas Circle) which leads to St Nicholas Place, the hotel is located on the left behind several large trees.

From the north

Exit the M1 at Junction 22 and join the A50 heading towards Leicester City Centre. Stay on the A50 to Vaughan Way then follow signs for the A47 avoiding the underpass. Turn left at the lights to arrive on St Nicholas Place. The hotel is located on the left behind several large trees. (If you wish to park in the NCP Car Park, stay in the right lane instead of turning left and continue on to St Nicholas Circle. The car park entrance is located ¾ of the way around St Nicholas Circle roundabout.)

Travelling by train

Leicester is served by East Midlands Trains and Cross Country Trains. There are frequent trains to and from London and the journey time is approximately 1 hour 10 minutes. The station is a 10 – 12 minute walk or a £5.00 taxi journey from Hotel Maiyango.
